What is the APE?

The Verein der Eltern und Förderer des französischen Gymnasiums in Düsseldorf e.V. was founded in 1976.

Registration form

Any parent can become a member of the Parents’ Association by filling in the membership form. Joining the APE means playing an active part in our students’ success. It’s a way of reinforcing the spirit of belonging to a dynamic international establishment!

The association is managed by a Management Committee (Vorstand), the association’s executive body, made up of 6 to 10 members – volunteer parents elected from among the association’s members.
APE members meet once a year at an Ordinary General Meeting to elect their representatives to sit on the Management Committee, present the annual accounts and vote on the budget and school fees for the following year. It is the managing body of the facility and is legally responsible under German law.

What does the APE do?
