Registration and re-registration
They must be paid into the school’s account on registration or re-registration and must be paid in full regardless of the student’s arrival date.

Staff employed by the APE at the school, with the exception of those working under ‘Minijob’ status, are exempt from enrolment and re-enrolment fees and benefit from a 70% reduction in tuition fees per child if the person is employed full-time. In the case of a part-time employment contract, the reduction is made on a pro rata basis according to the number of hours worked. |
School equipment
Primaire (Pre-school & Elementary School)
Small items (pens, glue, pencil case, etc.) are to be purchased by the families; the lists are available on the school website.
School supplies (files, notebooks, etc.) are purchased and distributed to pupils by the school and are paid for by the families:
– Pre-school: €20
– Elementary: €50
Secondaire (Middle & High School)
Small supplies (pens, glue, pencil case, etc.) must be purchased by the families.
School books must be ordered and paid for by the families. The Librairie des Etudiants (LDE) platform is recommended.
Lists are sent out in the summer before the start of the academic year and posted on the LfiSV website. For students arriving during the course of the year, it is preferable to use other suppliers.
French books for pupils in 6ème to 1ère e and philosophy books for Terminale are bought and distributed by the school and paid for by families: 35 €.

A €1.00 supervision fee per meal will be charged in the event of an individualised meal plan (PAI).
Lunch is not compulsory, but an additional service offered by the school. Registration done via eduka.
Only students duly registered for this service may take a meal and benefit from the associated supervision.
Non-registered students cannot use this service and must leave the school during the lunch break.
No meals shall be brought in from outside and eaten in the school without an individualised meal plan (PAI).
Examination fees
Fees must be paid by bank transfer on receipt of the invoice, no later than 15 days after the invoice date (for LfiSV students and all other applicants).

American International Section (SIA)

- For new students, admission to the SIA program is subject to the results of the placement test.- If a student withdraws from the SIA program during the school year at the family's request, no refund will be issued.- In the event of a student leaving during the school year, no refund will be issued.-In elementary school, the SIA program is included in the tuition fees.
CNED
For 1ère and Terminale classes, fees for special subjects not taught at the LfiSV are paid by the LfiSV and re-invoiced at cost to the legal guardians. These fees must be paid by bank transfer.
