In the event of late arrival at the school, registration for half-board must be made no later than the day of arrival.

Garderie registration for 2024-2025
In partnership with AWO.DUS GmbH, the LfiSV is offering after-school care (garderie) for the 2024/2025 school year from 2.30pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding school holidays), on the school premises. Activities may be offered during certain school holidays.

Registration procedure
Please complete the forms below ( to download) and enclose the following documents with your application:
- number of hours
- direct debit authorisation
- authorisation to take in charge the child
- current civil liability insurance certificate 2024
- current copy of health booklet / vaccination booklet / medical certificate – in all cases, proof of protection against measles must be provided
- current proof from the employer that both parents are employed (for nursery school only)

Payment
As stated in the contract, services are invoiced by direct debit on a monthly basis.

A supplement of €7,80 will be charged each month in addition to the childcare fee to cover the costs of play materials, hygiene products or bricolage items used.
One-off registration
It is possible to take advantage of a one-off after-school care service, independently of whether your child is registered or not to this service (until 6.00 p.m. at the latest).
Before using the occasional garderie service, please return the duly completed and signed form, exclusively in PDF format, by e-mail to sabine.adam@awo-dus.de or info@awo-dus.de
Registration form garderie service during the school holidays
AWO.DUS GmbH provides childcare during certain weeks of the school holidays, according to the dates below.
This service is open to all primary school pupils (Maternelle to CM2), whether or not they are already registered with the regular childcare service.
This service is only available if a sufficient number of pupils (at least 10 children) register.
How to register during the school holidays
Registration forms, duly completed and signed, should be returned by e-mail (PDF format only) no later than 10 days before the start of the holidays to one of the following addresses:

After-school activities (APS)
These activities play an important part in the school life and learning of our pupils. They are supervised by experienced coaches who offer sports, cultural, artistic or linguistic activities in French, German or English.
Activities are organised from 2.30 pm to 4 pm.

Price: 58 euro/month
The Deutschlandticket is valid throughout Germany

Prices for the school year 2024/25
– Contribution spéciale annuelle : 47 € – à transférer sur le compte de l’école
– Prélèvement mensuel : 38 € – prélevé par la Rheinbahn.
Inscription
– Veuillez virer la contribution annuelle de 47 € par SchokoTicket sur le compte de l’école.– Veuillez ensuite envoyer le justificatif de paiement au secrétariat, qui vous fera parvenir un certificat de scolarité avec la mention que vous avez payé la contribution annuelle.– Vous pouvez maintenant cliquer sur le lien ici pour vous abonner au SchokoTicket.Vous recevrez le SchokoTicket à votre domicile dans les cinq jours ouvrables.Le montant de 38 € par SchokoTicket est prélevé mensuellement sur votre compte par laRheinbahn.

Renouvellement
– Veuillez virer la contribution annuelle spéciale de 47 € par SchokoTicket sur le compte de l’école.
– Le montant de 38 € par SchokoTicket sera ensuite prélevé mensuellement sur votre compte par la Rheinbahn.
– Si le virement de la contribution annuelle n’est pas effectué, l’abonnement ne sera pas prolongé.
Résiliation
L’abonnement peut être résilié à la fin de chaque mois civil :
– Veuillez envoyer un e-mail à abo@rheinbahn.de et y remettre le SchokoTicket.
– Le SchokoTicket doit être restitué immédiatement à la Rheinbahn , en cas contraire, vous devrez payer une taxe de 10 €.
Perte ou destruction
Vous pouvez obtenir un nouveau SchokoTicket au centre service clients de la Rheinbahn au prix de 10 €. Veuillez prendre votre carte d’élève avec vous.
Bourse scolaire
Pour les bénéficiaires d’une bourse de transport individuel, le montant annuel du SchokoTicket peut être pris en charge par la bourse.

Please note
The student card (Schülerausweis) must be presented in addition to the SchokoTicket at public transport checks.
New pupils must request one from the secretariat at the beginning of the school year. A passport photo is required.
