Fifth-graders are responsible for organizing the sale of crêpes and cakes every Friday at morning recess.
We’ll use mathematics (proportionality) to calculate how many crêpes we need to make and sell to reach our goal.
With the help of a table, we’ll be able to calculate profits based on the number of crêpes sold, and also keep track of the costs of purchasing ingredients and consuming energy.
For the cash register, we’re going to have to provide some exchange currency.
Everyone will have to be careful with the math when we receive the money.
