appealed to some 20 schools in Düsseldorf to collect Christmas gifts for children in Bulgaria, Moldavia, Romania and Ukraine.
Our school warmly welcomed this initiative and the civic services immediately began organizing the event.
They created the message for parents and encouraged everyone to participate.
In the end, everyone – parents, students, teachers, school staff – contributed and a veritable little hill of gifts was born.
The success of this year’s operation, which took place during the week of November 14-18, once again demonstrated the generosity of our school’s students, families and staff.
The collection took place with the help of student volunteers, supervised by civic service volunteers.
The many gifts chosen and wrapped by you, along with all your wishes, were collected by the associations on Friday November 18.
Soon, every gift will bring joy and comfort to children during the festive season – wherever they may be.
