CE2A's windows on the world

After learning about the art of stained glass and the craft of stained glassmaking, and creating their own windows in this way, the CE2A students moved on to a new project: making their own windows and drawing their real or imaginary world as seen from their rooms.
This project was the perfect opportunity to reconnect with our theme for the year, architecture.
With just paper, scissors, colors and lots of imagination, the students have created some superb views.
You’re all invited to discover their work!

In this project, geometry rubbed shoulders with the visual arts: on the one hand, precision and rigor were the order of the day, with the use of squares and rulers.
On the other, it was time to create a landscape, using grease or dry chalk, paint and felt pens….
A real invitation to travel…
Enjoy your trip!

We would like to thank the students and teacher Madame Hoffmann-Gautier for all their hard work.
Once again, the windows are wide open not only to education, but also to projects that encourage imagination and creativity.
