Every year in January, the students of Ms Descamps, French teacher at the Goethe-Gymnasium, welcome our students as part of a joint theatre, audiovisual and artistic project. After a theatre warm-up session, creativity takes centre stage: mixed groups of students from the Lycée français and the Goethe-Gymnasium choose a medium, exchange ideas and begin creating together.
This year, the project takes the form of a poster or a short video promoting the Franco-German partnership. Through this collaboration, our students gain insight into how a German secondary school operates while building meaningful connections with students from a German school.
The exchange will continue in the spring, when we will in turn welcome our German friends in May. We are very much looking forward to it.
