This year, in 2022, we’ll be welcoming several of Europe’s French lycées to the European Games in Düsseldorf.
We’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Prague in a few lines.
Prague is a beautiful city in the Czech Republic, where it is the capital.
Soccer and ice hockey: these two sports are the most popular in the Czech Republic.
As far as soccer is concerned, there are several clubs, the most important being SK Slavia and AC Sparta, founded in the 19th century.
The three most important monuments are Prague Castle, Charles Bridge and the astronomical clock at City Hall.
Prague locals love breaded dishes like bramborak (a potato rösti), knedliky (a potato dumpling) and palačinky (a thick rolled pancake).
