Since December, the CP/CE1c classes have been reading and rereading various classic and lesser-known tales, to immerse themselves in the magical world of enchanted stories.
The tales were also told by high school students who came to the class in December.

On Thursday, February 15, students were invited to spend a night at the school and take part in an evening of storytelling.

Once everyone was settled in, the fun began!
The children played games based on two fairy tales: The Three Brigands by Tomi Ungerer and The Four Musicians of Bremen by the Brothers Grimm.
They took quizzes to test their understanding of the stories, played speed-reading games, memory games and mimed the characters or key words from the two tales.

With evening fast approaching, dinner was a must!
The students prepared an “Abendbrot” (German-style evening meal based on bread).
A large buffet was laid out, and everyone filled their plates several times over!

Two birthdays were also celebrated: Clémence and Garance blew out their candles with everyone!

Finally, it was time to get ready for the night.
Once the sleeping bags were unfurled and the pyjamas put on, the students discovered a new tale, ” The Color Wizard” for rainbow dreams!

Everyone fell asleep.
In the morning, Emily gently woke everyone up.
After a brioche and chocolate breakfast, the pupils got ready for the last day of school before the winter vacations.

What a pleasure to be the first at school!
