April hatten unsere Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler der 3e die Gelegenheit, einen ganzen Tag in der gro\u00dfen Anwaltskanzlei Latham &amp; Watkins in D\u00fcsseldorf zu erleben. Diese Erfahrung war Teil des Girls &amp; Boys Day, einer nationalen Initiative in Deutschland, die die Gleichberechtigung in der Berufswelt f\u00f6rdern soll, indem sie Geschlechterstereotypen aufbricht.\r\n\r\nDie Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler wurden vom gesamten Team der Kanzlei freundlich empfangen und lernten die vielen Facetten des Rechtssektors kennen: den Alltag eines Anwalts, die Funktionsweise einer gro\u00dfen internationalen Kanzlei, aber auch oft unbekannte Berufe wie die der juristischen Recherche, der Buchhaltung oder auch der Informatik. Dank des bereichernden Austauschs und der inspirierenden Zeugnisse konnten sie die Herausforderungen des Rechts und die zahlreichen Karrieren, die in diesem Bereich m\u00f6glich sind, besser verstehen.\r\n\r\nDieser Tag hatte jedoch \u00fcber die berufliche Entdeckung hinaus ein klares Ziel: Horizonte zu erweitern. Denn der Girls &amp; Boys Day l\u00e4dt junge Menschen dazu ein, sich in Berufswelten zu wagen, in denen ihr Geschlecht unterrepr\u00e4sentiert ist. Ein konkretes Mittel, um gegen die Klischees anzuk\u00e4mpfen, die bei der Berufswahl immer noch zu stark vertreten sind, wo Jungen sich mehrheitlich zu technischen Studieng\u00e4ngen hingezogen f\u00fchlen und M\u00e4dchen zu sozialen oder erzieherischen Bereichen.\r\n\r\nDiese Art von Aktion tr\u00e4gt zur Entwicklung des kritischen Denkens der Sch\u00fcler bei, regt sie dazu an, \u00fcber ihre eigenen Vorstellungen nachzudenken, und ermutigt sie, freie Entscheidungen zu treffen, die ihren F\u00e4higkeiten und W\u00fcnschen entsprechen und nicht den gesellschaftlichen Erwartungen.\r\n\r\nEin riesiges Dankesch\u00f6n an das Team von Latham &amp; Watkins f\u00fcr den herzlichen Empfang, das Engagement f\u00fcr unsere Jugend und daf\u00fcr, dass sie unseren Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fclern einen Tag voller Entdeckungen und vielleicht zuk\u00fcnftiger Berufe erm\u00f6glicht haben.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
